1. How is the standard shipping fee? Is it trackable?

Yes. Trackable. Each order ( Not each item ) will be charged US$3.00, for tracking service. We will choose from following Registered Airmail shipping options: DHL eCommerce, Epacket, China Post, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, etc.

2. Is there Free Shipping available?

Yes, when the amount of your order is over $25. With tracking service. It will be applied automatically to your order.

3. How is order processing time?

Generally, needs 1 - 3 business days. Except national holidays and festivals in China.

4. When do I get my order?

5. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. We can ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS. Please contact us directly to choose the suitable express carrier for your oder. Generally it takes 3 - 7 business days for delivery.

6. Is there import tax for my order?

Generally no import tax under the conditions regulated by tariff policy of many countries. Confirm the tarrif policy of your country then buy under conditions. Or pay the import tax when needed.

United States Free Below USD800 for all parcels that the seller delivers to the same buyer on one day under DDU Incoterm.
United Kingdom Free Declaration value above GBP900 per parcel under DDU Incoterm. Effective from 1st January 2021, Low Value Consignment Relief will be cancelled, that is all the goods are required to pay VAT including the goods below GBP15. If declaration value > GBP135 per parcel, the buyer is liable for Duty Collection.
European Countries Free For EU countries (except United Kingdom), declaration value shall be < EUR 1000 per parcel.
For Austria, the declared value of parcel shall be < EUR22 (USD26).
If the declaration value > EUR22 (USD26) per parcel, the Buyer is liable for Tax Collection.
Australia Free Below AUD1000 per parcel under DDU Incoterm.
Canada Free Below CAD20 per parcel. If the value of the parcel is > CAD20, the buyer is liable for Duty Collection.
New Zealand Free Below NZD60. If the value of parcel is > NZD60, the buyer is liable for Duty Collection.
Brazil* Free The value of parcel below USD50. But only around 70% possibility. The buyer is liable for Duty Collection.

 * From our experiences on Mercadolibre, the parcel to brasil, even the value of parcel is less than USD50, even around USD15, still some parcels were charged around 40% for import tax.

Delivery Problems

1. How can I track my order?

We will send you an email about the tracking no. and tracking URL after we ship. You can also log in to your account to check order history.

2. What happens if my package is missing or stolen?

If online tracking status shows delivered, Check your mailbox, porch, with your family memembers, or your neighbors to see first. If not there, contact local postal office to see how they deilvered. If still not solved, then contact us, we will file the Inquiry to check the status.

Or if No delivery after 30 days, Then either ask us for a full refund, or a free replacement.

3. What happens if my order came damaged?

Please send us the photos of the damaged item(s), then we will send you a free reshipment as soon as possible.

 

 Return Policy

1. What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all items within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the items are in new condition.

2. How do I begin the return process? Is there return shipping cost refunded?

Pls email us with your Order Number at support@dzdzcrafts.com to let us know what you want to return. Then we will discuss and process the return for you. And pls find the lowest cost shipping service, such as Postal office to return to package. When we receive the return package, we will review and refund you within 1 - 3 business days. And you are responsible for the return shipping cost on your oder. 

3. What if I received wrong item? Or item defective on arrival?

Quite sorry. It happens. Very rare condition. Cos we check our inventory to take defective items, and confirm the item with the orders to be shipped carefully, but a few do slip through, some wrong items get sent out or damaged in transit. We will do everything to solve, and there is absolutely no extra cost involved for you. We are responsible for it.

Pls email us the photos of the item you received with the package, after confirmed, a free replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued a.s.a.p.
