What is your replacement policy?
We replace all items that are damaged or defective on arrival within 7 days of receipt!
Product defection or damaged in transit, it happens at very rare condition. When it happens, we will replace the item(s) for you and there is no cost for you.
How do I begin the replacement process?
If you receive any item(s) damaged or defective, pls live chat or send us a replacement request with your order number and the photo of defective or damaged item(s). After we have evaluated the issues, we will start the replacement process for you with no cost.
