Customer Service must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.

What if I don't like the item(s), or item(s) unexpected?

Since custom products are made upon the personalized requirements of customer, so returns or exchanges are typically not accepted for the reason of being unexpected or dislike, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if the item I received is defective?

If we do happen to make an error on your order, or if the product is defective in material or workmanship, we will reship the product free of charge or make a full refund for you.

Pls provide the photo of the issues and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Refund (if applicable)

We will first notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return.

If approved, we will process the refund, and it will be automatically returned to your credit card or your original payment method within 3 days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. And it may take some time to process the refund.

Exchange (if applicable)

When the item(s) is defective or damaged in transit, we will replace items free of charge. Pls go to check Replacement Policy.
