Deliveries generally takes 7-15 business days to most countries.

Our team will review your submitted photos or messages to make sure it is correct and ok to go for personalization and production. If any issue with your order, we will contact you, pls reply us promptly to fix, then the items can be produced within the time stated above.

How are orders shipped?

All international orders are currently prepared, packaged, inspected, and shipped out from Our Shenzhen, China warehouse. We use international transportation services provided by postal offices to deliver across the world: Registered Airmail.

Complete tracking information is available. We will send you an email with a tracking URL for following up the delivery status of your package from the shipping carrier.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Deliveries generally takes 7 - 15 business days to most countries on the world. But it may delay to some remote areas or countries.

United states and Canda: 5 - 14 business days

United Kingdom, Europe : 5 - 15 business days

Australia, East Asia: 5 - 15 business days

Latin America: 10 - 25 business days

Rest of the World: 14 - 30 business days

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. We offer express shipping, you can check the shipping cost at shopping cart and checkout page to see the available express shipping, which generally takes 3 - 7 business days to most countries.

Customs Inspection and Tax

Customs inspection among countries may take some extra time for delivery. We will include a commercial invoice with its full values and tariff codes for proper customs handling. It may need some additional days for your customs to inspect the package and assess a customs tax.

Pls look into your country's import process to understand and determine whether there will be extra custom tax on the parcel. Every country is different on import tax. So we are not collecting tax, pls pay to your country's authority for import tax if needed.

What happens if my things came damaged?

Don't worry! Please contact us or email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We'll begin to process a free reshipment for the damaged item(s) to you!

What happens if my package is missing or stolen?

If the tracking status shows delivered, but your don't find your parcel. Pls do following first:

  1. Check around your mailbox, porch, any hidden areas.
  2. Check with other family members or your neighbors.
  3. Drop a note in your mailbox with your tracking number so that your daily USPS driver can look into it too or give a call to local postal office.
